Frank has 43 years of experience as a natural body builder. He won the Mr. Hayward title in 1975, Mr. California 4th place four times, Natural Mr. America 7th place, and is still training today at age 57.

At age 57 he continues to have a well developed and naturally healthy body. The color photo was taken in 2002; the black and white photo was taken about 30 years ago.

He can help you with nutrition, coaching, and developing an effective workout program based on the type of body you want to create.
